Scissor keyboard, traditional chiclet style, no different from B9 and B1. Moderate key travel, good bounce and sensitivity. Unfortunately, the up and down navigation keys are small and difficult to manipulate.

ExpertBook B5 Flip has a configuration using the 11th generation Core i chip, with a maximum option of i7-1185G7, up to 16 GB RAM, Iris Xe graphics chip, two M.2 NVMe PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD slots, support RAID 0 and RAID 1.

When pressing the touch button, the number key icon in the upper right corner of the touchpad, this trackpad displays additional number keys, which is useful for those who need to enter numeric and Excel data frequently. The touch-sensitive number keys, backlit, look good in dark conditions. 66 Wh capacity battery, for about 14 hours of use according to the manufacturer.

Because it is the Flip series, the machine brings the power button to the side for easy manipulation when used in tablet or normal mode. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button, but the size is a bit small, so in the first times, the operation is difficult to be accurate. In addition, the machine has HMDI port, USB 3.0 and 3.5mm headphone jack.

The device can be folded 360 degrees to use as a tablet. The right side has two more USB-C ports that support Thunderbolt 4, miniHDMI to output the screen at 4K resolution at 60 Hz.
