This information is taken from Xcode 13.3 RC released by Apple after the Peek Performance event. Xcode has similarly revealed the exact amount of RAM from previous iPhone generations.

iPhone SE (2022) starts at 429 USD, with 3 memory options 64GB / 128GB / 256GB and 3 versions in black, white and red. The device is available for pre-order starting March 9 and is expected to be available on March 18.
