A very cool laser guidance system appears, priced at 1000 USD

One of the effective uses of smartphones is their ability to navigate, so many people attach them to motorbikes or bicycles so they can easily see the road. However, driving while looking at your phone is quite dangerous, because from the distance of the driver, the screen will be quite small, not to mention you will be easily distracted by messages on the screen.

A very cool laser guidance system for bicycles comes up, priced at $1,000 - Photo 1.

So, a company called Wicked Lasers created a system called LaserCube. It’s basically a laser projector that can be used to project road guides onto the ground in front of the driver, as you can see in the video below. The LaserCube works once connected to the phone and can be customized via the app.

While the details aren’t comparable to phone maps, it’s good enough to give you clear directions when to turn, when to approach a turn, when to go straight. It’s actually a pretty cool idea, but comes with a hefty price tag.

The cheapest version has a price almost 1000 USD, the top-of-the-line version costs $1,800, offering higher brightness and a sharper laser. This price plus the fact that your car can be easily stolen will make a lot of people think before buying.
