Marinate pork liver and kidneys with 1 chopped onion, 1 teaspoon seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and 1 teaspoon fish sauce for about 10-15 minutes to absorb the spices.

Green onions, spices (if you like) picked, washed and finely chopped.

When the porridge is tender, add the marinated pork liver and kidneys, cook until done, adjust seasoning, then pour into a bowl. If the child can eat pepper, spices, and scallions, just add it, it’s delicious hot.


– Baking rice, or soaking rice for 30 minutes before cooking porridge will be faster and more delicious.
