Thai media reported that on March 8, a tragic and barbaric incident occurred in a house in Mueang district, Chiang Mai province, drawing public attention. The man named Wirat (59 years) – the owner of the house found out how long the crime was hidden in his own house for more than 1 year.
It has been more than a year since Pak Wirat has been working abroad and due to the complicated pandemic situation, he was unable to return home until last February. During the general cleaning and cleaning of the house, he discovered that there was a refrigerator in the kitchen that was still plugged in and working. However, the cupboard was locked and he didn’t pay much attention to it because he thought it was something his relatives bought. It wasn’t until March 8th, when he called a repairman to come to his house to do some errands, that Pak Wirat happily asked the freezer locksmith to clean the inside.

The poor baby was found to be the son of a young man named Aew – Pak Wirat’s stepson and his girlfriend. This girl later became pregnant but due to premature birth, the baby died prematurely. However, instead of giving the child a proper burial, the couple opted for a barbaric solution of buying a refrigerator and hiding the baby’s body there.

Both Aew and his girlfriend are currently in prison, so the baby has been left in the freezer for a long time. Investigations are still ongoing to determine if the couple should be held responsible for their behavior.
