It’s a shame the beautiful 200 million dollar “villa village” was abandoned
Targeted at wealthy customers worldwide, Turkey’s stunning $200 million “Disney villa village” is being abandoned and squandered.
This villa is located in the small town of Mudurnu, in the northwestern region of Turkey and began construction in 2014.
The houses here are priced from 400 to 500 thousand VND USD. This is considered a reasonable price for wealthy customers in the Middle East.
From a distance, this project area looks like an interesting miniature. The houses with blue-gray towers are reminiscent of fairy castles in Disney movies.
The project’s designers believe that the low percentage of buyers can be attributed to the decline in oil prices.
And the collapse of the background economy Turkey. At the end of 2018, Turkey’s inflation rate reached a warning level of 25% – the highest in 15 years.
From the political crisis and the plunging value of the lira, investors began to withdraw from the project which led to a decline in the construction industry.
The designer of the villa area Burj AL Babas hopes that in the near future this project will receive positive signs.
