According to Sammobile, several European retailers have said that Samsung’s new low-cost model will only have a charging cable. This list includes the new Galaxy A13 and Galaxy A23 that launched this week. The other two upcoming products, the M23 and M33, will also not have a charger, but just a cable in the box.
Apple is considered a company that started the trend of selling smartphones without a charger from the iPhone 12 generation. Samsung then posted “coffee” posts on its social networks. Samsung wrote: “Galaxy will give you what you’ve been waiting for. However, not long after, Samsung quietly deleted this post when the Galaxy S21 was no longer supplied with a charger in the box. This isn’t the first time Samsung has removed posts mocking its competitors. Previously when the Galaxy Note10 was launched without a headphone jack, Samsung also deleted posts mocking the iPhone X.
Samsung’s recently launched high-end devices don’t come with chargers and headphones, including the Galaxy Z Fold3, Z Flip3, Galaxy S21 FE or Galaxy S22 Series. Even the tablet model Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra doesn’t have the charger included in the box. This is really a big problem for users of Samsung tablet models, especially when they all have huge battery capacities.
