During the investigation, the authorities found that the mastermind of this trail was Kha Thi Van (SN 1981, resident of Binh Chuan commune, Con Cuong district, Nghe An). The subject is currently hiding abroad.
At the same time, the investigative agency also identified the subject involved in this trafficking network as Le Thi Ngoc (SN 1988), who lived in Cau Tam village, Ta Ca commune, Ky Son and Lo Van Cau districts (SN 1988). ), residing in Chon village, Xieng My commune, Tuong Duong district, Nghe An – Ngoc’s biological uncle). Where, Ngoc is the matchmaker of HTH, while Cau is the object of transfer of victims for sale.
At the Border Guard investigative agency, subjects Ngoc and Cau admitted to trafficking in persons across borders.
After having sufficient evidence, the Nam Can International Border Gate Border Guard Station adjudicated the case and handed Cau over to the authorities for handling. In particular Ngoc, for raising children under 36 months, should be left to the local government to manage.
