4 popular Hollywood children’s films will hit theaters in the first half of 2022

As a name “familiar” with the animated film segment, DreamWorks marked its return with two films with humorous and engaging adventure colors. In addition to “fun” in this animated movie race, there are other respectable “war chickens” from Warner Bros., Paramount, promising to stir up the Vietnamese box office.

The bad guys

Based on Aaron Blabey’s bestselling children’s series, “The Bad Guys” (original title: The Bad Guys) takes viewers into a fantasy world where humans and “beast-people” live together. There, a group of criminals full of dangerous “hairy” men are on their way to escape prison life.

The main character group consists of 5 names, 5 different animals, each “person” has an extremely interesting appearance, personality and ability. With the participation of the voice of “Oscar star” Sam Rockwell and “humorous goddess” Awkwafina, “The Evil Ones” is definitely an animated masterpiece that cannot be missed in early 2022. The film will hit theaters. from March 25th.

After the resounding success of part 1 released in 2020, Sonic the speed hedgehog has officially returned with part 2 with many strange and familiar characters. After defeating the villain Dr. Eggman, Sonic becomes the new hero of Green Hills, but not long after, danger strikes again.

Dr. Eggman finds his way back with the help of Knuckles the hedgehog – Sonic’s famous “one-for-one” rival in the Sega Game Universe. However, do not worry too much because accompanying Sonic this time will have a new friend – the little fox Tails. Which side will win in the upcoming special war?

“Sonic Hedgehog 2” will premiere on April 8.

DC Super Beast Alliance

At the DC Fandome 2021 event, Warner Bros. made a big surprise when announcing the first animated project of the DC cinematic universe, but more especially when taking the main character as… a pet. “DC Super Beast Alliance” will introduce to the audience Krypto – Superman’s great white dog and his adventures with his new “super animal” friends.

Krypto will be voiced by The Rock (star of the upcoming blockbuster Black Adam), promising to bring a fresh and exciting experience to young audiences who love DC superheroes. The film is slated to premiere in May this year.

Minions: The Rise of Gru

Contributing to the success of the “Despicable me” series is the great effort of the lovely Minions army, also a famous pop culture icon that was once loved by Vietnamese fans. After the first solo movie that grossed more than 1.15 billion USD worldwide, Minions will return with part 2 called “Minions: The Rise of Gru” about Gru’s journey to adulthood and become the villain.

Gru wants to join the notorious villain group Vicious 6, but then becomes the target of being chased. With the help of his yellow friends, Gru must find a way to quell the Vicious 6 group, as well as successfully achieve his goal of becoming the number 1 villain.

The film is slated to hit theaters in early July this year.
