The brokers are committed to ensuring procedures for bringing workers to Korea under this program to collect illegal money from workers. For local workers who do not have agreements with Korean localities, brokers also promise to carry out procedures to transfer household registrations to localities that have agreements with Korea to collect more money from workers. .
The Department of Foreign Manpower Administration confirmed that the program of sending workers to do seasonal work in Korea was implemented based on the agreement signed between the Vietnamese locality and the Korean locality. in the program. To date, 8 provinces and cities have signed agreements with the Korean regions under this program, namely Da Nang, Dong Thap, Ha Tinh, Hau Giang, Thai Binh, Thua Thien Hue, Ha Nam and Ca Mau.
In areas that implement this program, the Office of Manpower – Persons with Disabilities and Social Affairs is the implementing agency and the Employment Service Center under the Department of Manpower – Persons with Disabilities and Social Services is the unit that directly recruits, selects, completes documents and sends workers to work in Korea.
Business actors are not allowed to participate in the implementation of this program.
