In particular, lots 3-5, with an area of 6,446.1 m2, were successfully auctioned for 3,820 billion VND, 6.6 times higher than the initial price; plots of land 3-8, 8,500 m2 wide, through 67 bids, won with 4,000 billion VND, almost 4 times higher than the initial price; lots 3-9 with an area of 5,009.1 m2 have a winning price of VND 5,026 billion, 6.9 times higher than the initial price; Lot 3-12 with a width of 10,059 m2 has a winning price of VND 24,500 billion. However, later the two businesses that won land lots 3-12 and 3-9 asked to leave a deposit, but the other two businesses still had not paid as per date 6-2 of the Ho Chi Minh City tax authority. |
