I’m in grade 1, which school should I choose so I don’t stay up late, kick the gates and stay famous in the future?

On the issue of selecting schools for their children to enter grade 1, speaking to newspaper reporter Dan Viet, Dr. Vu Thu Huong, former lecturer at the Department of Basic Education, Hanoi National University of Education said: “For a long time. Nowadays, many women’s parents think that a good school will determine 90% of their child’s success or failure. Working in primary education for a long time, I feel the need to have some small messages with parents as follows.

Other schools in Vietnam also follow the curriculum framework of the Ministry of Education and Training. Therefore, there is no such thing as a bad school, my son knows nothing. Furthermore, the school is strictly controlled by the departments and departments related to program implementation.

I entered grade 1, chose a school so I didn't stay up late, kicked the gateamp;#34; but the future is still famous? - first

On the other hand, the learning objectives of children at the elementary school level are very simple. You just need to be fluent in reading and writing, doing addition, subtraction, multiplication and division and some simple conversions to complete the objective. Difficult math problems, asterisks all mean optional, it’s okay if you can’t do it. Parents, don’t be too impatient and think that your child has to do all the homework. Therefore, choosing a picky school is also not good. Improving children’s education in schools is only one of three goals: skills, ethics and education. If you are only interested in one of these three goals, it is clear that your development will deviate.”

According to Dr. Thu Huong, currently schools are still suffering from achievement diseases everywhere from parents, administrators, majors, even the teachers themselves. So, if the school forces homework or pulls extra lessons, parents can understand why.

High schools, reputations and large student numbers sometimes make teachers lose control of situations and children may even be under heavy pressure to achieve them. Therefore, entering elementary school is sometimes not the optimal choice.

“Each school has its advantages and disadvantages, both international and private. Many students are also unable to adapt to the private and international environment, but it is not the best option for their children.” Dr. Huong emphasized.

Therefore, according to Dr. Huong, when choosing a school for their children, parents need to prioritize the following criteria:

One of them is choosing a school that is close to home. Closer to home, your child will be able to go to school on his own and he will learn to be very independent. Parents are also easy to solve problems if their children have problems at school. It will be much better if the child’s school is far away, travel is hard and when there is a problem, the parents lose their job to come and deal with it.

The second criterion is to choose a class with few students and no reputation. A good class, a good school has many criteria, not just an outstanding teacher.

“In private schools, parents consider choosing double classes and English, because the curriculum is heavier than in public schools. Many students are unable to “download” school programs and school programs. Ministry of Education and Training Primary school students should not ask for too much, making them afraid to study.

Also, parents should go to the school gate and talk to the children. If a school has a higher percentage of polite, obedient and polite children, let them in. Because moral education always makes the most important emphasis in every stage of human education. If you are polite at the same time, it is true that the school has educated you morally very well. With good ethics, everything will be fine,” said Dr. Huong.

Lastly, Dr. Thu Huong reminded, everyone is called successful, many different factors, not determined by the school. Every child, especially the family, is a major factor. Therefore, it is the parents themselves who must care for and love their children, so they will surely learn well and be useful in the future.
