Modern medicine has also proven that coconut water also contains sugar, fat, amino acids, organic acids and enzymes, vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B7, B9, vitamin C… Very good for the body.

In particular, the water in coconut is a completely closed cycle, so it is very clean and has many effects such as lowering cholesterol, treating kidney stones, stimulating immunity, stimulating reproduction, rehydrating in case of diarrhea, or exercising. Regularly drinking coconut water is also effective for controlling hypertension, preventing the risk of heart attacks.

However, it is too wasteful for people to buy coconuts if they only use water in it, because the copra part also has many nutrients and effects on the body.

Some of the treatments that can be consulted from coconut are as follows:

– Coconut glutinous porridge: Half copra, sliced; Enough glutinous rice to cook porridge. Eat twice a day. Good for weak people, poor appetite, constipation after being sick for a long time.

– Cure stomachache: 200ml old coconut water, 150g pumpkin seeds. Cook on low heat then eat.

– Treatment of scabies, fungus, chapping: Coconut oil hardens at a temperature of about 15-18 degrees Celsius and is in liquid form at 22-27 degrees Celsius, used topically.
