Not buying a car, building a house or getting married, how far have you completed these 7 “life KPIs”?

But no matter how you choose to live a life, there will always be commonalities and “life KPIs” that everyone needs to achieve. They are not measured by whether you have bought a house, bought a car, married or have not found the right person, how many children you have had… Those milestones are just our misunderstanding of what it is. Your biggest goal in life is always growing up.

Accordingly, if life had KPIs, they would be the following seven milestones:

1. When you turn ten

Even though you’re still a kid, as a sensible kid, you won’t compare your pocket money or the brand of clothes you wear with other kids.

This age is enough for you to understand that the family’s money is not the achievement of the children, nor is it important enough to be compared with refugees all day, making yourself ugly.

2. At 20 years old

A thinking young man now will no longer compare his parents’ background, family conditions or profession.

A few years ago, at a tender age, children often confused values, chased after things that didn’t matter, and were ashamed of things that weren’t worth it. But the age of 20 is already the time when you step on the threshold of adulthood, need to think more maturely.

3. At 30 years old

At this point, you have accumulated a certain amount of life experience, enough to understand and take responsibility for important life choices.

Maybe you are married, you are satisfied with your life partner, you are not interested in comparing who among your friends gets a prettier wife, or who gets married with a taller man is richer, you know those comparisons. are all very bland.

Maybe you are not married, or do not want to get married for some reason. But even so, you should not be jealous and worried, you know what you need right now, what you are waiting for.

4. At 40 years old

You are no longer afraid of others talking about you, whoever wants to say what they say, how you live is still your business.

Trying to force myself to live the way I don’t want to just because I’m afraid of gossip is a foolish choice, a wise person would never put me in that situation.

5. At 50 years old

The garlic-skinned chicken feathers that once annoyed you no longer bother you. You are also not jealous of other people’s success, not jealous of how they are just like you, but more successful. What is not yours, do not need to pay too much attention.

You have reached the age of experience, met all kinds of people in the world, no longer surprised, no longer excited, you learned to be calm, behave stably and firmly.

6. At 60 years old

At the age of 60, if you are an official, you probably don’t want to compare high and low positions anymore. Everyone is retired after retirement, they are all old people who exercise in the morning and play chess in the afternoon.

If you run a business, you probably won’t be able to compare profits too much. If you don’t earn money today, you will earn it tomorrow. Money won’t run out, but your energy to spend is limited. Being healthy and safe is important.

7. At 70 years old

You will look at life with a much more indifferent and calm eye.

The things you used to try to fight for, once you competed for, now no longer burden you. Sometimes you will think a little about life, but that’s all.

At this point, you just want to have health, family harmony, and peace every day.

Faced with the other three, everything can be given up.

Just like that, a life will end forever, no matter how you live it, it will be complete. You may have this or that, or you may not, and in the end it’s all about contemplation of old age.

Those are the things I can draw, how about you? How old are you now, how mature have you been?
