Previously, when commenting on the plan to open tourism from March 15, the Ministry of Health issued controversial regulations such as “staying at the place of accommodation within the first 24 hours from entry” and “during the time of entry”. In two reports submitted to the Government on February 28 and March 12, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism both maintained the point of view of the need to be open to international guests and to treat them equally as Vietnamese.
