Prof. Dr. Le Anh Vinh, Director of the Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences, Ministry of Education and Training, admitted that bringing professors and associate professors to special schools currently faces many problems. According to him, in order to do this, Vietnamese special schools must go beyond the current “framework”, so it makes sense to bring professors and professors to new high schools for the gifted because today’s gifted schools are basically the same as high-quality secondary schools. Speaking to reporters, Hoa Binh Education and Training Department Director Nguyen Thi Kim Tuyen said that this was only a draft submitted for public opinion. The aim of this policy is not only to train and teach special school students in the province, but also as a way to encourage teachers in schools to improve their professional qualifications. And a more important task, if there are professors and assistant professors, is to train school teachers and carry out scientific research tasks.
