On March 14, information from Ninh Binh Police said that Nho Quan district police had just investigated, clarified and arrested two suspects Phan Van Duc (SN 1983) and Tran Son Thach (SN 1980) both residing in the district. Y Yen (Nam Dinh) on property theft.
