Jay Ohrberg is also the restorer, extending the car to the current 30.54 meters.
The ‘American Dream’ is also the longest car in the world, while, you know, a car is about 3.6 to 4.2 meters in size. In fact, the car can hold up to 12 Smart Fortwo cars.

Reportedly, based on the 1976 Cadillac Eldorado limousines, this record car can be driven from both ends, made in two parts, connected in the middle by a hinge to turn tight corners.

In addition to a number of devices such as televisions, refrigerators, smartphones, the inside of the car is equipped with many entertainment activities for users to experience comfort during long trips. It’s a large bed, a swimming pool, jacuzzi, bathtub, mini golf, even a helipad. The vehicle can accommodate up to 75 people.

“We have a golf course, you can fly in a helicopter, park in the car and play a round of golf and then go swimming,” said Michael Manning, who has been involved in restoring the ‘American dream’. At first, everyone thought I was out of my mind because I wanted to restore the old car, but no, it’s because I have foresight. I really feel attached to it a lot.”

The record-long car restoration project cost more than $250,000, mostly in transportation, materials, and labor, and took about three years to complete.
