On the evening of 11/13/2021, on the street of Hai Duong appeared 2 groups of about 40 subjects who continued to cause trouble with the old technique. During the investigation, the police continued to discover that at 9 pm on March 5, at Vo Nguyen Giap Street, a group of young people led by Tran The Thai (SN 2004) and his accomplices used motorbikes to chase and approach. and used his foot to pedal on a motorbike driven by Mr. Vu Tuan Anh (SN 2004) and Mr. Do Van Hieu (SN 2006, same in Binh Giang).

As a result, Hieu and Tuan Anh fell on the street, injured, and had to go to the hospital for treatment.

After consolidating all relevant documents and evidence, on March 9, the Hai Duong City Public Security Investigation Police Agency decided to prosecute 6 defendants to investigate the crime of disturbing public order.

By noon this afternoon, the police had detained 5 subjects, another one is continuing to arrest.
