Acting VFF President Tran Quoc Tuan works with clubs in the Bundesliga

From March 11 to 18, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan – Acting President of VFF, Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien – General Director of Next Media together with the VFF delegation had a visit and worked with a representative of DFL (the governing body for the tournament). Delegations of VFF and Next Media work with representatives of the Bundesliga

This is the result of the process of exchanging and agreeing to improve the cooperation between Next Media, Bundesliga and VFF to develop Vietnamese football Future. Because, Next Media has been a comprehensive partner of the Bundesliga for 5 years, has cooperated closely and implemented many activities with the tournament over the past time.

VFF has been investing in many development and cooperation plans with developed football countries in the world. One of them is finding and training young talents in a methodical and in-depth manner.

To promote the cooperation process between Next Media, Bundesliga and VFF, on March 11th, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan together with Mr. Tran Anh Tu (VFF Executive Committee member), Ms. Nguyen Thanh Ha Deputy General Secretary of VFF and Mr. Next Media’s representatives, including General Director Nguyen Trung Kien, Deputy General Director Do Thanh Tung had a working trip to Germany lasting 8 days to discuss and specifically the cooperation between the 3 parties.

As soon as he was present in Germany, representatives of the German Football Federation, representatives of the Bundesliga were present to warmly welcome the VFF. Right after that, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan had a direct meeting and visited the clubs including; Frankfurt, Borussia Dortmund, FC Koln, Borussia Monchengladbach…

With a warm welcome from the partner, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan said that these will be good signals for the two football clubs to combine and support each other in the near future. In particular, Mr. Tuan emphasized the development of youth football, youth training and how to organize matches at team level as well as professional tournaments in the near future.

Also during the working trip to Germany, Mr. Tran Quoc Tuan, Mr. Tran Anh Tu and Mr. Nguyen Trung Kien and the delegation will have a working session with Ms. Donata Hopfen, CEO of DFL (the organization that organizes the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2) , Bundesliga International CEO, Mr. Robert Klein to be more specific about the cooperation between the three parties in continuing to support the development of Vietnamese football. Representatives from the organizations will meet at DFL’s headquarters in Frankfurt to sign the Memorandum of Understanding, part of this business trip to Germany.

In particular, the MOU focuses on three key areas of cooperation: enhancing technical expertise and sport in Vietnam, improving the structure of the Federation and the club, as well as developing the background and culture of football fans in Vietnam. During the cooperation period, the parties will share knowledge through meetings, training activities and field trips.
