Through the current reality, especially after February 12 (ie the first day of the Lunar New Year), the number of tourists from localities outside Hung Yen province to visit and worship at the monuments of the national relic complex. especially Pho Hien in Hung Yen city is relatively crowded. This situation has overloaded and made it difficult to control the prevention and control of the COVID-19 epidemic at the monuments.

Faced with the complicated and unpredictable developments of the ongoing epidemic, the People’s Committee of Hung Yen city requested the Management Board of Pho Hien Special National Monument, the People’s Committees of wards, communes and management boards of relics in the area. Immediately implement measures: temporarily close, stop receiving tourists and people to visit and worship at all monuments in the area. Based on the development of the epidemic situation, the time to reopen the city will have the following directives.

The People’s Committee of Hung Yen city also directed the Culture and Information Department to guide, monitor and urge the management boards of monuments in the area to well implement the temporary closure. Local radio stations, communes, wards, and management boards of monuments are responsible for informing, propagating and instructing people and tourists to know, comply with regulations, and join hands in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. .
