Hanoi arranges more than 400 public bicycle points to serve people

Phase 2, which is expected to be from 2023 to 2024, is a project to expand the service area: to focus on developing and expanding the service area to central districts and surrounding areas. Investment scale is about 3,000 bicycles, arranged at 350 locations, details of these locations will be surveyed and selected by the implementing unit and relevant agencies.
