Not no money, no relationship, but too great ‘inertia’, standing still!

When we reach middle age, we will gradually feel the great pressures and afflictions at this age.

Middle age is a new challenge of life.

A writer once said that middle age is not smooth for everyone, for some, middle age is a disaster for them.

But life is inherently like that, you have to overcome yourself, overcome difficulties, and then you can go further. Otherwise, you will only be limiting yourself.

The biggest failure of a person in middle age is not the lack of money or power, but living in these types of people.

1. The biggest failure of a middle-aged person is being crushed by reality

Someone once said that those who can survive under pressure are strong; People who die under pressure are lonely people.

In this world, people are always faced with certain pressures, even when breathing, the pressure will still exist.

How to deal with pressure, how to stay calm under pressure and not let your mind be confused? This is a question worth pondering for each of us.

For middle-aged people, their biggest stress can be said to come from materialism and family.

To feed a family, we need money. But how that family will become, not only related to money, but also the wisdom in dealing with people, in communication between individuals.

In life, you can complain appropriately, but don’t complain all the time. Complaining constantly to a certain extent, will only make yourself more and more depressed.

Being too immersed in heavy, negative emotions can only bring people hopeless thoughts. This is man’s greatest failure.

2. The biggest failure of a person in middle age is not having a stable inner mind

Before dealing with external matters, the first thing we must face is our heart.

A person’s heart is their “root”. If you protect your “roots” well, you will naturally be able to keep your principles and limits.

But if your “origin” is destroyed, life will surely become a lot more tedious and difficult.

Especially some people can’t stand the challenges that come from life, they can’t accept their failure, they don’t want to accept that they are inferior to others. Gradually, they develop a deviant mentality.

When this psychological distortion develops to a certain extent, many diseases will follow.

In middle age, if you want to make money, you must first try to keep a positive attitude; If you want to live a happy life, you must keep the sunshine inside.

Because people who are not stable, are bound to fail.

3. The biggest failure in middle age is not having a clear future plan

The scariest thing about this world is not that it is too cruel, but that its danger is beyond human expectation.

Chances are it was fine yesterday, but today it has obsoleted an industry, giving birth to a new one. Opportunities and dangers will then come to each of us at the same time.

Those who are already prepared, they can seize the opportunity to grow. As for the types of life that get through the day, the opportunity comes in front of them, they may not have realized it.

This is just one aspect.

In life, you never know what will happen tomorrow. Therefore, instead of living aimlessly, we must have a clear and methodical plan for the future.

Be a person who knows how to plan, to live for the present and the future.

The fact that you are always ready now has a huge impact on your future. Therefore, do not live in a state of fog for the day, always maintain a sense of crisis. Only in this way can we create a brighter path for the rest of our lives.

4. The biggest failure of middle-aged people, is not knowing how to improve themselves

In the workplace, I believe that many middle-aged people have such a mentality, thinking that they have worked for many years, with a deep professional level, and will definitely not be fired at work.

This thinking, ten years ago, would have been valuable, but in this day and age, seniority is nothing.

In the eyes of leaders, middle-aged people are not necessarily worth as much as young people. Especially in some companies related to creativity and gray matter, the rate of replacement of positions is especially high.

Why is there a lot of news in recent years about middle-aged programmers, 35 years old and above, being fired, why is it the group that gets fired? Because hiring young people is cheap, they are also hardworking, bold, have a lot of new knowledge, new ideas.

So career with a person that said, there is no such thing as “safety”.

All middle-aged people need to give up the old concept of “senior is king” and see reality, at the same time, constantly improve themselves, and make unremitting efforts.

Never think that middle-aged people can stop learning, the older you are, the more you need to update your business knowledge to not be abandoned by the times.
