The “semi-boarding model kitchen” at Phan Dinh Phung primary school was built with a total cost of more than 3 billion VND. In which, 1 billion 690 million VND comes from the Japanese Government’s non-refundable aid program through the Consulate General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City. The Parents Association of Phan Dinh Phung Primary School also contributed nearly 1 billion 350 million VND.
