On March 15, the Market Management Department of Ho Chi Minh City discovered and seized a large number of iPhone-branded mobile phones worth more than 2 billion VND without legal documents and the owner of the shipment could not be identified.
By professional measures, on the evening of March 14, Market Management Team No. 3 of the HCM City Market Management Department coordinated with Team 7 – Economic Police Department to search a carriage belonging to the SE4 train. at Saigon station (District 3, HCMC).

Through inspection, the authorities discovered and seized 529 used iPhone-branded mobile phones on the list of banned import goods worth more than 2 billion VND. This shipment has no invoices or documents proving the origin of the goods, and the owner of the shipment has not been identified.
Currently, the Market Management Department has temporarily seized all goods and coordinated with PC03 to continue investigating, verifying and clarifying violations for handling.
