If this road is widened, the house will definitely increase in price, although he will have to lose about 10m2 of land in the planning.

The owner also added that because the house is cheap, many people ask to buy and see. Impatient, afraid that others would deposit first, Mr. Dung transferred 100 million VND to the owner.
