Accordingly, at about 13:00 pm on March 16, male student Tran Gia Hoang (SN 2002, resident of block 13, Huong Khe town) rode a motorbike on the road.
When coming to the intersection between Ly Tu Trong and Tran Phu streets, the motorbike of male student Gia Hoang suddenly collided with a truck carrying BKS: 38C-071.52 by Mr. Duong Van Quyet (SN 1988, residing in block 12. , Huong Khe town) controls.
The impact caused the male student to fall to the street and die on the spot. The motorcycle under the truck was badly damaged.
Immediately after the incident happened, the traffic police force of Huong Khe district police was present at the scene to investigate and clarify the cause of the accident.
