On March 16, news from the Hue City Police Investigation Agency said that the unit was clarifying a group of 4 subjects with signs of illegal arrest and intentional injury that occurred on March 15.
Before that, on the afternoon of March 14, Mr. Tran Hai Hunan (SN 1996, residing in Thuy Bang commune, Hue city) pretended to borrow a motorbike with BKS 37P1 – 213.67 of Mr. Hoang Dinh Thai (SN 2000, residing in wards). Hoa Minh, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang City; a student of Da Nang Polytechnic University) and then appropriated it.
Right after that, Hoang Dinh Thai went to Hoa Minh ward police station (Da Nang city) to report the incident.
At noon on March 15, Hoang Dinh Thai and Tran Hoang Vi (SN 2000, student of Da Nang Polytechnic University) devised a plan to fake Shopee’s prize to meet and arrest Tran Hai Hunan and hand it over to his agency. handling.
As planned, Tran Hoang Vi texted Tran Hai Hunan and was scheduled to meet in Hue City.
Hoang Dinh Thai invited Tran Quang Nhat (SN 1997) and Dao Quang Ngoc (1988, living in Da Nang city) to go to Thua Thien – Hue to arrest people. Nhat and Ngoc agree.
To implement the plan, Tran Hoang Vi and Tran Hoang Thai rented a car with BKS 43A – 41206 and then went to pick up Tran Quang Nhat and Dao Quang Ngoc from Da Nang to Hue City. In Hue City, the group sat at 15 Dinh Tien Hoang (Hue City) and waited and when Tran Hai Hunan took a taxi to come and get off the bus, the group rushed out, kicked in the back with their feet and arrested Tran Hai Hunan.

Next, the group controlled Tran Hai Hunan and then put it on a car to be transported to Da Nang for the purpose of handing it over to Hoa Minh Ward Police (Da Nang City) for handling. However, on the way back to Bac Hai Van toll station (Lang Co town, Phu Loc district, Thua Thien – Hue province), the police force asked to stop the car and take it back to the office.
The subjects were handed over to the Hue City Police for handling according to their competence.
At the investigating agency, the subjects admitted their violations. The police determined that Hoang Dinh Thai, Tran Hoang Vi, Tran Quang Nhat, and Dao Kim Ngoc had beaten, controlled and arrested Tran Hai Hunan.
Currently, the investigation agency of Hue City Police is continuing to investigate, clarify and handle the subjects according to regulations.
