Ms. Huong, a shop owner on Ta Hien Street, shared: “The past time has been extremely difficult for me, business is very bleak, I have to do everything in moderation. But after hearing the news that Hanoi allowed the restaurant to open, opening after 9pm I am extremely excited, customers have gradually returned, hopefully in the coming days all activities will be smoother.”
