Buying land for nearly 30 years and still not getting a red book

Mr. Chanh – a land buyer said that in 1994, when buying land, all households paid money to the village leader with a receipt and were granted a temporary land use right certificate by Trung Nghia Commune People’s Committee.

In 2004, from Lot 1 to Lot No. 76 was granted by Yen Phong District People’s Committee red book and build stable houses. There are more than 200 remaining plots, including his family, which have not yet been granted a land use right certificate or even built.

What makes people find it difficult to understand is why at the same time buying the same land, but 76 land lots are red book, the rest cannot do it, nor answer to the people why.

More than 200 households in Trung Nghia commune, Yen Phong district, Bac Ninh province have bought land for nearly 30 years but so far have not been granted a red book.

The representative of Trung Nghia Commune People’s Committee said that the inspection concluded that the sale of 308 land lots of Tien Tra village and Trung Nghia commune at that time was illegal. The district has also verified that people pay money to villages and communes, that money invested in infrastructure is real, but only 76 lots have been solved, the rest still have no solution.

The representative of Trung Nghia Commune People’s Committee also said that the land that Trung Nghia previously sold illegally has been included zoning new countryside of the commune in the direction of residential land. But the difficulty is that on this route, a number of projects are being planned, so it is currently congested.

Exactly 28 years later, the above incident has not been completely resolved, causing frustration for people, although it is true that collecting money from people to invest in infrastructure is real.
