Clip: Disabled uncle throws a blow to teach young men

Recently, netizens passed on a clip recording the scene of a disabled man “dancing” beating a young man after collision on the road.

In the clip, it seems that a man wearing a military uniform and a helmet is standing explaining to a young man in a black shirt and a disabled, topless man about the previous collision.

But because he was so angry, the disabled uncle suddenly raised his hand and slapped the young man in black in the face. Not stopping there, the uncle also kicked and grabbed the other young man’s collar, threatening something.
