In parallel with the agreement to sell shares, Ms. Huan also asked the partner to sign a commitment to keep the company’s Ba Huan brand for at least 50 years from the date of signing the contract. In addition, the company continues to participate in market stabilization programs, ensuring the interests of customers and partners.
Specifically, 25% of shares in Ba Huan Company will be transferred to Mr. Tran Viet Hung, a young businessman who has experienced many positions and worked in Singapore for nearly 10 years. The transfer could take place in March.

Owner Ba Huan said she had learned about the partner for the past year, then let Mr. Hung experience directly at the business for 6 months before officially handing over the management job. Mr. Hung also added many talented technology personnel to the company to implement innovation.
Currently, the company is doing procedures related to the transfer of the above shares, so the transaction value is not disclosed.
In particular, Ms. Huan emphasized that the change of the executive officer did not cause any disturbance within the company. Her family members herself, all staff members still stay with the business. The selection of outsiders to run is purely for the benefit of the company.

Pham Thi Huan was born in 1954, in Chau Thanh district, Long An. From 1970, she started selling eggs from the western provinces to Saigon by herself, when she was 16 years old. In 1982, she established an egg barn in Ho Chi Minh City named after Ba Huan.
In 1985, Ba Huan egg barn was converted into an egg collection and distribution facility. In 2000, it turned into an enterprise. In 2001, she officially established Ba Huan Company and directly ran the business, holding the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors cum General Director.
Currently, Ba Huan is one of the largest suppliers of poultry eggs in the country with an estimated market share of about 30% and has accompanied the Ho Chi Minh City market stabilization program for nearly 20 years. In Ho Chi Minh City alone, the business provides about 1 million poultry eggs per day.
