From 5/5/2022, Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway only collects tolls without stopping

Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Operations One Member Company Limited has just sent a document to customers, vehicle owners and vehicle users about the pilot implementation of only non-stop toll collection. ETC lies to toll stations at Hanoi – Hai Phong highway.

Accordingly, it is expected that from 0:00 on May 5, 2022, the Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Management and Exploitation One Member Company Limited will temporarily stop providing other toll collection services such as: One stop (MTC) and toll collection by prepaid card – Touch and Go (TNG) on the Hanoi – Hai Phong highway.

Thus, only vehicles participating in traffic using the electronic toll collection service without stopping and ensuring the balance in their accounts can circulate through Hanoi – Hai Phong expressway toll stations.

For vehicle owners who have been using TNG service (toll collection by prepaid cards – Touch and Go), it is recommended that vehicle owners use up the balance in TNG toll cards before April 30, 2022. . For vehicles with a balance in the account that do not need to be used, the vehicle owner will be supported to transfer the balance to another vehicle account to use up the balance. By the end of April 30, 2022, Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway Operation One Member Company Limited will not support the conversion and return of your balance.
