University lecturers show black movies to students after online classes

A university lecturer accidentally showed pornography to a first-year student during an after-school break online.

The incident happened on March 9 during the online class “Introducing essential skills for academic success” – a basic course for first-year students at Western Sydney University, Australia via Zoom.

A lecturer made a fatal mistake when he “forgot” to pause a zoom session with 15 students and share the screen from a porn website with a series of pictures of young girls.

The incident made many parents and students extremely angry. One girl’s father told The Sunday Telegraph that his daughter protested strongly. “My daughter was so upset that she thought about dropping out of university. A teacher should be an ethical person and set an example for students like a father and mother. So I don’t think he deserves the role of a teacher.”

Another parent also expressed frustration with the school’s faculty. “I was dumbfounded because that young lecturer acted so badly. It was an insult to our trust.”

According to the report, the university became aware of the incident after receiving several complaints from students and parents. The matter has been reported to the competent authority and handled according to the following policies and procedures after a thorough investigation. This lecturer has worked at Western Sydney University since 2015.
