Pham Ngoc Phuong Anh – born in 1998, originally from Ho Chi Minh City, she was crowned 1st runner-up – Miss Vietnam 2020 and is the official representative of Vietnam selected to participate in Miss International 2021 – 2022.
From a young age, Phuong Anh was impressed with her outstanding academic ability. She used to be the valedictorian in the bilingual block of Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted. She also won the highest place at the Miss Ao Dai contest for Vietnamese schoolgirls 2015 when she was still a student in grade 11.
Graduated from High School with the top grade point average in her class, excellently won a full scholarship for 4 years at RMIT University, and graduated valedictorian in Information Management Systems at No. point 3.5/4. Talented, educated, beautiful, almost all efforts are being rewarded.
