Specifically, the exam titles include Principal of Bat Bat High School and Principal of Junior High School Nguyen Dinh Chieu.

Entities registered to participate in the recruitment include officials approved by competent authorities as the planning source for the title of principals of these two establishments; or civil servants or public employees who fully meet the criteria and conditions as required for the exam title and are in the planning for a title equivalent to the exam title.

Candidates must meet all the conditions for appointment in accordance with the general regulations on personnel work. Specifically, the conditions for participating in the exam to recruit principals:

Regarding training qualifications and working time: Reaching the standard level of training of teachers according to the provisions of the Law on Education for each grade level, reaching the standard level of training at the highest educational level for high schools have many levels of education and have taught for at least 5 years at that level;

Have an intermediate level of political theory or higher;

Possess a diploma or certificate in state management of education;

Having foreign languages ​​and informatics to meet requirements and tasks;

Having a complete and clear personal profile and profile, certified by a competent authority;

Be within the prescribed age of appointment and have enough health to complete the assigned tasks.

In addition, applicants for the position of Principal of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Junior High School must have experience in managing a school with disabilities, must have specialized training in special education or have a special education professional certificate or have Professional certificate in pedagogy of inclusive education for children with disabilities.

The form of the exam for the principal consists of two parts: the written exam and the presentation of the project.

The content of the written exam includes general knowledge of the Party’s guidelines and guidelines, and the State’s policies and laws on education and training; understanding of school management profession; on the responsibilities, duties and powers of the principal and other contents prescribed by the Examination Council.

As for the content of the project presentation, the candidate must assess the current situation, analyze the strengths and limitations of the unit using the selected title and point out the causes, forecast development trends and propose plans. plans and solutions to develop agencies and units; the action program to implement the plans and solutions of the candidate if appointed to the selected title and other thematic content in accordance with the job position competency framework decided by the Chairman of the Examination Council.

In addition, candidates must also demonstrate skills in presentation, communication, behavior, handling management situations, leadership style; answer the questions asked by the Examination Board.

The Hanoi Department of Education and Training said that the time to receive applications for the principal exam is from March 22 to April 15, 2022.

From April 25 to May 10, 2022, the list of eligible candidates will be announced.

The time to hold the writing exam is May 11, 2022. The time to organize the project presentation contest is from May 31 to June 2, 2022.
