On the occasion of Hung King’s death anniversary, employees are entitled to 2 consecutive days off from April 10, 2022 to the end of April 11, 2022.

3. For cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees in state agencies, public non-business units, political organizations, socio-political organizations

Cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees are entitled to 3 consecutive days off from April 9, 2022 to the end of April 11, 2022.

Holiday schedule April 30 – May 1, 2022

The holiday schedule of April 30 and May 1 in 2022 will fall on Saturday and Sunday. Therefore, according to regulations, employees will be compensated because the holiday schedule coincides with 2 weekends.

Thus, during the holidays of April 30 and May 1, 2022, employees will still have 4 consecutive days off, from April 30 to the end of May 3, 2022.

The holiday schedule applies to officials and employees. Time off may change, by some organizations due to the specific requirements of the job.

According to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the agencies implementing the above holiday schedule need to arrange reasonable arrangement of working departments to handle continuous work, ensuring good service to the people.

In case the agencies do not implement the weekly Saturday and Sunday holiday schedule, they will base on the specific program and plan of the unit to arrange a suitable holiday schedule. Other public holidays and New Year’s holidays in the year will comply with the provisions of the Labor Code.

For cadres, civil servants, public employees and employees in administrative, non-business agencies, political organizations, socio-political organizations, employees working at units with regimes 2 days off weekly (Saturday, Sunday), the holiday schedule for Victory Day (April 30) and International Labor Day (May 1) in 2022 is implemented as follows:

– Closed from Saturday, April 30 to the end of Tuesday, May 3, 2022 (4 consecutive days off);

2. Other employees will be entitled to a public holiday on April 30, May 1, 2022 according to the provisions of the Labor Code 2019 (from Saturday, April 30, to the end of Monday, May 2/). 2022).
