Optical illusions in black and white swirls make netizens “crazy” -Young man

A puzzling optical illusion that appears to conceal images of two different animals is sure to make your eyesight test.

The image shows a cat or an elk hiding in the black, white and purple scene, confusing viewers to discover that both animals have disappeared when you look closely at the image.

The viral puzzle is said to be based on shaping a person’s brain function, meaning they are more likely to spot a certain animal based on whether their brain is left or right.

Sharing about the illusion, Twitter user Tom Hicks wrote: “Depending on how your brain works, (left or right brain), you will see a cat or an elk in this pattern. Any animal you see is not part of the image, it is just an optical illusion created by your own brain. If you zoom in on any of the features, the illusion disappears.”

This puzzling optical illusion that conceals a cat and an elk is sure to put your eyesight to the test.

Internet users from all over the world viewed the visual puzzle after it went viral on Twitter and came to very different conclusions about the hidden animals.

While most users noticed the cat, others didn’t see any animals at all – or only noticed the creatures when they closed one eye or looked at the photo from a certain angle.

“When I close my right eye, I see the cat, then if I close my left eye, the cat fades out.” a confused user writes.

Another said: “I don’t understand how it could be anything but a cat.”

A third user commented: “Where is the moose? It’s all cats when I look with one of my eyes!”

Another said: “Obviously my brain isn’t working, I see a lot of lines.”

The conundrum will reveal whether your brain is left or right, but it is yet to be revealed which side the animal refers to. Left brain thinkers are more logical, analytical and right brain thinkers are more creative and intuitive.

The psychological theory of brain chemistry says that functions are performed by different regions of the brain, however the idea that humans have a stronger left or right side has been disproved.
