On the afternoon of March 17, talking with PV Dan Viet, the family of Ms. Pham Thi Diem H. (22 years, from Long An) said that the victim had died after more than 2 months of being unconscious since arriving. on line 147A Tan Mai (Hoang Mai, Hanoi) for rhinoplasty.
“After being treated at Long An Hospital on February 25, H. just passed away at 23:00 last night, March 16,” said the victim’s sister sadly.

The victim’s sister shared: “Our family spent hundreds of millions of dong for the operation but were unable to save it. The person who caused the incident for H. promised to compensate the family for the damage. They are present now at our house to offer condolences.”
Previously, on January 14, 2022, Ms. Pham Thi Diem H. went to a cosmetic facility recommended by a friend to have her nose removed. A day later, the victim’s family received information from the Bach Mai Hospital “It is necessary for family members to come directly for urgent discussions, if there are no family members, the hospital will not be responsible for the patient’s death”. After hearing the news, Ms. H. traverses a distance of 1,500 km from Long An to Hanoi.

Talking to PV Dan Viet, Mr. Hoang Minh Ph. (owner of cosmetic facility) confirmed that the above incident occurred. However, victim H. is not a guest of this cosmetic company, but this unit “lent a place” to Mr. Nguyen Sy G. to do rhinoplasty.
When PV Dan Viet wonders if this is a private house, why do rhinoplasty? Mr. Ph. claimed to know this and will be responsible to the police and the victim’s family. About beauty salons operating underground? Mr. Ph. said: “I’m not going to answer this one, I’ll find out later”. After that, the owner said he was busy going to the police station to continue to cooperate in clarifying the above incident, so he refused to talk to reporters.
Speaking to the PV, the chairman of the Tuong Mai County People’s Committee said that the Hoang Mai District Police had received information about the case and were verifying and clarifying.
“This is not a beauty salon but a private community house. Currently the district police are conducting verification and clarification,” said the chairman of the Tuong Mai neighborhood People’s Committee.
