Mr. P. also affirmed that he had studied cosmetology in Shanghai, China, then returned to Vietnam to work, opening branches in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. He has enough documents to prove that his aesthetic basis is legal and has settled everything with the authorities.

On the side of the authorities, the leader of the People’s Committee of Tuong Mai ward said that the Hoang Mai district police had received information about the case and was verifying and clarifying.
