On January 14, 2022, Ms. H. had plastic surgery to lift her nose at Mr. Hoang Minh Phong’s own house (Tuong Mai ward, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi).
At 12 o’clock on the same day, Ms. D. – Ms. H.’s roommate received a message from Ms. H. to come to the beauty salon to pick her up. However, when she got there, Ms. D. called and didn’t see her friend picking up the phone, texting and not answering.

At around 6pm, Ms. H.’s friends received a phone call from the staff member where Ms. H. worked as a cosmetologist and said that she immediately went to Bach Mai hospital because H.’s health was very weak and could not be operated on.
On the morning of January 21, Ms. H. was still in a coma and in a critical condition despite the efforts of doctors and nurses to save her.
Then, on February 25, Ms. H. was brought back to Long An by her family for further treatment. However, on the evening of March 16, Ms. H. died.
Currently, the case of plastic surgery that caused Ms. H.’s death is being coordinated by the authorities to investigate and clarify.
