On March 18, a representative of the Highway Traffic Control Patrol Team No. 6 of the Road Traffic Control and Patrol Guidance Division (C08) of the Ministry of Public Security said that they were handling a car driver who violated the law. He committed a crime with a terrible alcohol content, and “played” with the traffic police for more than 1 hour on the highway.
Accordingly, on the evening of March 17, the working group was on duty on the Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay expressway, passing the Long Phuoc toll station, in Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
At about 9:46 pm on the same day, the working group stopped the car with the license plate of Ho Chi Minh City, and ran in the direction of Dong Nai to Ho Chi Minh City to check.
Measuring the alcohol content, the man at the wheel named NHP (46 years old, living in Thai Nguyen province) had a result of 0.219 mg/l of breathing air.
Therefore, Mr. P. was recorded by the traffic police for driving a car while his breath had an alcohol content but not exceeding 0.25 mg/l of breathing air.

The traffic police force explained, according to regulations, violators read the content of comments for the officer to make a record of.
The officer who makes the record is responsible for recording exactly what the violator reads. However, Mr. P. firmly disagreed.
Because the violator was too “dumb”, did not cooperate with the traffic police force, so the incident had to last more than an hour.
On the morning of March 18, after sobering up, the driver went to the functional agency to work and signed the minutes of administrative violations.
