From January 2021 to February 2022, Long hired a group of people to disassemble and steal 33 transformers and other equipment three times at 11 water pumping stations in Tan Hiep district, selling 360 million VND. copper.

According to the authorities, Long’s behavior has caused property damage to Tan Hiep District Electricity more than 2 billion VND.

During the investigation, Tan Hiep District Police identified Phi Long as the suspect responsible for the above theft.
