The Hanoi Department of Education and Training has just issued a pilot plan to take the exam for the position of Principal of a public educational institution under the Department, in 2022. The two candidates for the exam are the Principal of Bat Bat High School and the Principal of the Department. Nguyen Dinh Chieu Junior High School.

Subjects registered to participate recruitment The mandatory requirements include: Officials approved by the competent authority as the planning source for the title of Principal of Bat Bat High School and Principal of Nguyen Dinh Chieu Junior High School must participate in the enrollment registration at the school. If you do not register to participate, every year when reviewing the planning list, the competent agency will consider and remove it from the planning list.

Entities registered to participate in the recruitment include officials approved by competent authorities as the planning source for the title of principals of these two establishments; or civil servants or public employees who fully meet the criteria and conditions as required for the exam title and are in the planning for a title equivalent to the exam title.

Subjects in the planning source have the right not to register to participate in the recruitment process when they are suffering from a serious illness or are losing consciousness or are ill while undergoing inpatient treatment at a hospital approved by a district-level health authority. or more confirmed; are in the process of being sent to study abroad; female cadres, civil servants and public employees who are on maternity leave.

Subjects registered to participate in the voluntary recruitment include: Civil servants and public employees working at Hanoi Department of Education and Training and non-business units directly under the Department; cadres, civil servants and public employees who do not work at the Hanoi Department of Education and Training and non-business units under the Department – if they meet the criteria and conditions as required for the position of examination and are included in the organizational planning If the candidate is approved by the competent authority managing the place where he/she is working, he/she is entitled to register for the recruitment exam.

In case, through monitoring, new factors are discovered or because the principle of having a balance is not guaranteed (when receiving or appraising dossiers), the leaders of Hanoi Department of Education and Training decide to nominate personnel. . Nominated personnel to participate in the recruitment must be approved by the competent management where they are working, if they are not under the management of the Hanoi Department of Education and Training. Nominated personnel can only apply for the position that is 1 level higher than the adjacent one.

The time to receive the application for the exam is from March 22 to April 15, 2022. From April 25 to May 10, 2022, the Hanoi Department of Education and Training will announce the list of eligible candidates.
