“Using the F0 home care software platform that has been deployed by the Department of Information and Communications and the Department of Health in collaboration with partners by the end of 2021, we research and develop the software, adding features such as: allowed to return 4 samples including: test results, sick leave, prescription, certificate of recovery for F0 to treat at home”, Mr. Hung said.

According to Mr. Hung, after 10 days of implementation, the implementation of building software integrated with digital signatures has been basically completed. To date, according to the preliminary design, the software can “endure” more than 10,000 simultaneous visitors.
“In addition, we also built a system to store records with digital signatures to serve authentication, insurance payment, and later comparison with Social Insurance with the ability to store records up to date. to more than 10 million records,” said Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Information and Communications.
The Department has also planned training for grassroots medical stations, making instructional videos, and filming in the field in a ward.
“Digital signatures will be issued to Heads and Deputy Heads of Commune and Ward Health Stations. With the number of more than 1,000 digital signatures, the Government Cipher Department will support Hanoi. We plan to develop a plan to deploy the collection. Train staff on digital signatures, try to put the software into deployment next week,” emphasized Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung.
Earlier, at a meeting of the Hanoi Steering Committee for Covid-19 Prevention and Control on the morning of March 17, Mr. Chu Xuan Dung, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee.
