Starting at 19:00 on March 18, Hanoi has officially reopened the pedestrian street. All streets have checkpoints for pedestrians to scan QR codes, measure body temperature and disinfect hands. For the walking space in Hoan Kiem Lake and its vicinity, the operating time will be from 19:00 on Friday to 24:00 on Sunday. For the remaining walking spaces, the operating time is from 19:00 to 24h on 3 weekends.
Around 6:45 p.m., functional forces barricaded vehicles to ensure the safety of the pedestrian street.
