In particular, at around 6 am on the same day, at a motel in Nhi Khe commune (Thuong Tin district), a young man suddenly appeared on the roof of the motel with a dangerous act.
Therefore, the young man shouted, holding the iron tube, holding the knife to his neck. It didn’t stop there, this person also came down from the terrace fence, intending to jump down to commit suicide.

Immediately after receiving the news, the Thuong Tin District Police immediately appeared, deployed a rescue plan, and persuaded the aforementioned youth.
At the scene, the young man was sitting on the 8th floor of the motel, very high above the ground.
To ensure the safety of the victim in the event of an untoward incident, on the one hand, functional officers spread an air mattress under him, on the other hand, police officers approached the scene and persuaded.
Present at the scene, Colonel Nguyen Tien Tan – Thuong Tin District Police Chief and commune Police Chief Nhi Khe approached the place where the young man was sitting near the stairs.
After a period of persuasion, at noon the same day, the young man agreed to leave the dangerous area and give the dangerous weapon (about 20cm long, iron tube) to the functional troops.
At the Police Department, the identity of the young man was identified as HVD (SN 1993, Tuyen Quang, a motel service worker).
According to D, the cause of the incident was because D was tricked by the Chinese into doing business, so he was very angry. D was later found to have promised not to repeat the dangerous behavior.
