PCR above 33 is not contagious anymore. Rapid test is less sensitive than PCR, so it often gives negative results before PCR is negative in people who are recovering from disease. After the initial 7 days of isolation, Covid-19 patients should still self-monitor their health and wear a mask.

If you want to know for sure that it is no longer contagious, only PCR test, and if only a quick test, you can wear a mask for another week.

There are rare cases of being positive for as long as you are, but that does not affect the severity of the disease.
