The director accused of pulling a gun to the chest of the land seller sent a counter-claim

Today (March 19), Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Hoa (SN 1973, residing in Thai Hoa town, Nghe An) said that she had just been invited to work with the Nghia Dan district police about being bullied by Mr. The director of Nghe An Investigative Services Co., Ltd sent a denunciation of slander and insulting to Mr. Nam’s personal honor.

“Mr. Nam submitted a petition to the police accusing me of defaming my reputation and providing untrue information. According to the police, this incident was previously reported by me, there is a letter and the investigation agency is verifying. However, I am currently being sued, so the investigation agency invited me to work…” – Ms. Hoa recounted.

According to Ms. Hoa, the case that Mr. Nam pulled out a gun in the notary’s room towards her husband was true. When it happened, many people witnessed it. The point of view of Mrs. Hoa and her husband is to pursue the matter to the end.

“I myself have not harmed anyone’s reputation. I provide information to let many people know, who is wrong will be handled. At the police station, I also made the same declaration as the original report and respected the truth 100% “- Ms. Hoa informed.

On the same day, Mr. Ho Van Nam confirmed that he had sent a criminal complaint against Ms. Tran Thi Thanh Hoa to the Police Department of Nghia Dan District, asking to clarify the contents: “Personally, his honor and behavior were insulted. Hoa’s slander”.

“From the day the incident happened, my life was turned upside down, my family was in turmoil, everyone mocked me. A video clip of Mrs. Hoa threatening me on January 10, 2022, I provided to the investigating agency,” – Mr. Nam said.

Previously, according to Ms. Hoa’s denunciation to the Director of Nghe An Provincial Police, she bought a plot of land from Mr. Nguyen Van Ky in hamlet 7A, Nghia Thuan commune, Nghia Dan district for 4.5 billion VND. Then, Mrs. Que Thi Thom, living in hamlet 7, and Nghia Thuan commune agreed to buy back this land.

In the afternoon (February 21), both parties agreed to go to the LVT Notary Office in Nghia Dan town to carry out the procedures for transferring the aforementioned land lot.

More than 4 pm on the same day, Ms. Que Thi Thom called Ms. Bach Thi Hung, residing in Dien Lam commune, Dien Chau district, Nghe An, with a group of people to the notary office. Here, when Mrs. Hoa gave the certificate of land use right (red cover) to the notary office staff to carry out the procedures, Mrs. Hung jerked her hand across. Mrs. Que Thi Thom stood right there and immediately took the red cover.

Discovering the incident, Mr. Nguyen Canh Son (her husband Hoa) held Ms. Thom’s hand to get the red cover back. Immediately, a man appeared, drew a gun and pointed it at Mr. Son. The person who drew the gun that Ms. Hoa denounced was Mr. Ho Van Nam – Director of the Nghe An investigative service Co., Ltd. mentioned above.

According to the video, when going out on the street, Mr. Nam opened the gun and looked at the notary’s office, skillfully manipulated the gun without looking and put it in his hand bag.

Regarding this incident, Nghia Dan district police recovered Mr. Nam’s gun and determined that it was a rubber bullet gun, not a military gun.
