The victim was Ms. NTNN (1989, Dong Thap) who was found dead when she went to 1A hospital for breast augmentation surgery. The family said that Ms. N. passed away, but the hospital could not determine the time of death and did not notify the family.

According to the victim’s family, Ms. N. was discovered when she was dead.

Regarding the complaint that 1A Hospital requires the family to pay the full hospital fee after the victim has died, the hospital representative said that at present, the information between the two parties (family and hospital) is still unknown. unanimity and clarity.

The investigative police agency of Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City came to work on the night of March 18, 1A Hospital also provided all relevant documents to the investigation agency.

Before that, at 11:30 on March 18, Ms. NTNN (1989, Dong Thap) went with her relatives to 1A hospital to perform breast augmentation surgery. After waiting for too long, she did not see Ms. N. coming out, the family members contacted them, they were told that the anesthetized patient had not yet woken up.

Around 4 pm, family members were called in but did not see the patient. After searching all the rooms, N. was found unconscious. According to her family, at that time, Ms. N. was already dead, but the hospital did not notify her.

On the night of March 18, the police agency of Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh City was present to work with the family and 1A Hospital. The cause of death is under investigation and an autopsy will be performed.

The doctor examined her and confirmed that she was eligible for surgery.

The family said that the doctor who operated on Ms. N. named Th., was introduced by an acquaintance. After consulting and being asked by Ms. N. to “choose a beautiful day”, Dr. Th. scheduled surgery on Friday (March 18) at Hospital 1A for a client. N.’s side transferred an advance of 40 million VND to Dr. Th.
